Brazilian Citizen

• In the event you are a BRAZILIAN shareholder of a company or quota holder of a fund that is conducting a Meeting on the Web, take the following steps:
  1. Register on the Shareholder Meeting on the Web site. You will receive via e-mail a login and a password to navigate throughout the site;
  2. Effect your Log-in;
  3. Access the Meetings Agenda section and locate the meetings on the web which you'd like to participate in. Click on the selected event;
  4. The system will validate your position as shareholder in a company or that of quota holder in a fund and will direct you to the specific site for the chosen Shareholder Meeting on the Web;
  5. To obtain your Private Digital Certificate issued by SERASA Experian and accepted by CVM norms on electronic power of attorney, follow the procedures required for issuance.
  1. CLICK HERE to access and fill-in the REQUEST FOR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE FORM.
  1. After filling-in the form, click on NEXT;
  2. Verify that the data are correct and click on NEXT;
  2. You will receive at the e-mail address supplied the CONFIRMATION of your request and the CERTIFICATE OF FILING NUMBER IMPORTANT: Keep the CERTIFICATE OF FILING NUMBER handy. You'll need it when the request is authorized.
  3. Print 2 copies of the Declaration of Ownership and Responsibility for the Digital Certificate. To visualize and print use the link shown on the e-mail.
  
  4. Send the documents listed below (one copy each) to:

     São Paulo, SP – CEP 04547-005
  • Declaration of Ownership and Responsibility for the Digital Certificate, with notarized signature;
  • Certified copy of Personal ID card or passport (if foreigner);
  • Certified copy of the Individual Tax Payer Registration card;
  • Certified copy of proof of residence, issued within the last 3 months (in the name of the requester and identical to that indicated in the request form).
  6. When AUTORIDADE DE REGISTRO COMPROVA receives and VALIDATES the documentation, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to issue your digital certificate. Proceed as indicated in the e-mail: type in the number of your CERTIFICATE OF FILING NUMBER and your password (informed in step 1 of the Request) e click on NEXT.
  
  7. CONGRATULATIONS!! Your Digital Certificate was issued successfully! You may used it during one year, to sign voting powers of attorney on Assembleia na Web. You may also digitally sign any other on-line transaction where a Private Digital Certificate is accepted.

FOREIGNER

• In the event you are a FOREIGN shareholder of a company or quota holder of a fund that is conducting a meeting on the web, take the following steps:
  1. Register on the Shareholder Meeting on the Web site. You will receive via e-mail a login and a password to navigate throughout the site;
  2. Effect your Log-in;
  3. Access theMeetings Agenda section and locate the meetings on the web which you'd like to participate in. Click on the selected event;
  4. The system will validate your position as shareholder in a company or that of quota holder in a fund and will direct you to the specific site for the chosen Shareholder Meeting on the Web;
  5. Within the site for the chosen Meeting on the Web, click on Issue Digital Certificate. As a foreigner, to participate in a meeting on Assembleia na Web, you have two options: Foreign Investor with legal representative and Foreign Investor without legal representative. Click on the option according to your profile and go through the step-by-step described therein.
